Thomas B. Steiger III is an associate attorney at Washington Energy Law LLP. Mr. Steiger focuses his practice on matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) representing the firm’s clients on a variety of matters, including generation interconnection, transmission planning and cost allocation, transmission ownership rights, energy market tariffs, power supply agreements, and electric wholesale market design issues. Prior to joining Washington Energy Law LLP, Thomas was an attorney advisor at FERC in the Office of Administrative Law Judges.
